Terms of Entry – WildShot Giveaways

Participation in any WildShot Giveaways promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Entry and the accompanying Official Rules. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Void where prohibited. Promotions are open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least 21 years of age and legally eligible to possess the prize under all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Entry may be obtained either through the purchase of designated entry packages processed via PayPal or through an alternate mail-in method. Each paid package corresponds to a set number of entries, and all entries—regardless of method—are treated equally in the drawing process. Each eligible entry, regardless of method, carries an equal chance of winning. A maximum of 50 entries per household is permitted per giveaway. To enter without making a purchase, eligible individuals may submit a handwritten 3"x5" card in blue ink containing their full legal name, mailing address, email address, date of birth, and the specific name of the giveaway being entered. Each card must be mailed in a separate, stamped envelope to the address provided in the Official Rules and must be received by the posted deadline. Incomplete, illegible, or improperly formatted entries may be disqualified. Mail-in participants will not receive confirmation of receipt or validation status. Giveaway winners are selected through a randomized drawing using a neutral process, typically via random number generator applied to an indexed list of all eligible entries. Giveaways may close either on a stated end date or upon reaching a predefined entry threshold, whichever occurs first. Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received. Selected winners will be notified using the contact information provided at entry within three (3) calendar days of the drawing and may be required to complete additional verification. If a selected winner fails to respond within three (3) days, declines the prize, or is otherwise ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Prizes that include firearms or other regulated items will be fulfilled exclusively through a licensed FFL dealer located at the sponsoring dealer’s physical location. The winner is responsible for complying with all applicable firearm transfer laws, including background checks and any related travel or transfer costs. Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash. WildShot Giveaways reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at its sole discretion. Participation in any sweepstakes hosted by WildShot Giveaways constitutes agreement to these Official Rules and the Terms of Entry. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Void where prohibited. Sweepstakes are open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least 21 years of age and legally permitted to own the prize under all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Entries may be submitted through the purchase of digital entry packages via PayPal or through an alternate mail-in method at 2612 Orchard Ave. Huntington, WV 25704. Paid entries are assigned a number of entries based on the selected package and are logged automatically upon checkout. All entries, regardless of method, are treated equally in winner selection. A maximum of 50 entries per household is allowed for each giveaway. Individuals who do not wish to purchase may enter for free by mailing a handwritten 3"x5" card in blue ink containing their full legal name, mailing address, email, date of birth, and the name of the giveaway being entered in a separately stamped envelope to the address specified by WildShot Giveaways. Each envelope may contain only one entry. Incomplete, late, illegible, or improperly formatted entries may be disqualified. Mail-in entrants will not receive confirmation of receipt, validation, or disqualification status; all valid entries will be processed internally. Excessive or bulk mail-in entries may be voided at the discretion of WildShot Giveaways if determined to be submitted in bad faith or intended to manipulate the outcome. Each giveaway closes either on a posted deadline or once a predefined entry threshold has been met. The threshold may refer to a specific number of total entries or a cumulative revenue amount (e.g., $1,000 in paid entries) and may be disclosed or withheld at WildShot Giveaways’ discretion. Winner selection is conducted through a neutral, randomized process using a random number generator applied to a compiled list of eligible entries. Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received. Selected participants will be contacted via the information provided at entry within three (3) calendar days of the drawing. If a selected winner fails to respond within three (3) calendar days, declines the prize, or is otherwise disqualified, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at the sole discretion of WildShot Giveaways. If a prize is not claimed within 14 calendar days of notification, it may be forfeited without compensation and awarded to an alternate winner. Prizes that include firearms or other federally or state-regulated items will only be transferred through a federally licensed firearms dealer (FFL) located at the sponsoring dealer’s physical location. The winner is solely responsible for all travel and transfer-related costs and must comply with all federal, state, and local laws, including successful completion of a background check and any applicable waiting periods. Residents of jurisdictions where sweepstakes involving firearms or similar prizes are prohibited by law are not eligible to win. Void in the states of California, New York, Alaska, Hawaii, and where otherwise restricted. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. All purchases of entry packages are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued unless required by law. If the original prize becomes unavailable for any reason, WildShot Giveaways reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Winners are solely responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize acceptance and use. By accepting a prize, winners grant permission to WildShot Giveaways to use their name, city, and state for promotional purposes, including but not limited to publication on WildShotGiveaways.com, associated social media accounts, and related marketing material, unless prohibited by law. WildShot Giveaways reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify any giveaway due to technical issues, regulatory requirements, or suspected fraud, and may disqualify any participant acting in violation of these terms.
